When making a purchase with The Aztec Cactus LLC you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of our boutique as well as have read and understand our return policy.
Notice: Once an item has been purchased no refund will be processed. The Aztec Cactus LLC ONLY offers in store credit even if the item has not been shipped yet.

Processing time is between 3-5 business days for your package to be shipped. This is regardless of shipping selected. We do NOT refund shipping.

Sales & Returns
Sezzle- No refunds will be offered and no payments can be cancelled for any purchase through sezzle. Once you process your order through sezzle you agree to these terms and conditions. NO cancellations period.
Please notify us via email to accommodate special occasions as soon as the order is placed.
As soon as your items are in possession of USPS, shipping time is in their hands. Please contact your local post office if you have questions or concerns.
Returns or exchanges must be returned to us within 10 business days of delivery to you. Unless otherwise approved by The Aztec Cactus LLC staff.
Any items purchased more than 20% off are FINAL SALE
Clearance items are FINAL SALE
All preorder or custom orders are FINAL SALE
Closeout sales such as black Friday are FINAL SALE
Intimates, bralettes, jewelry, purses, bags, seasonal items and accessories are FINAL SALE

The buyer is responsible for purchasing the correct size and amount of an item
Your return will be accepted IF the tags are still on, non washed or worn, and must be in the condition it was received. If it does not meet those requirements item will be returned at buyers cost.
Before shipping back any items please reach out to info@theazteccactus.com for processing instructions.
In Store Credit: Returned items will be docked a store credit of $6-$10 to cover initial shipping and restocking fee (per item). Please allow 5-7 business days for instore credit to be issued via email.
No returns will be processed after 7 business days unless otherwise approved by The Aztec Cactus team.
Reshipment fees are up to the buyer
Defective or incorrect items:
These must be reported within 2 days of the item being marked delivered with photos and claimed defective or wrong. Please send these claims to info@theazteccactus.com. If not reported within 2 days the item becomes yours to keep and considered wear and tear.
Read all wash instructions upon delivery. We are not responsible for any item shrinking, or damage if not washed properly.
Receipt:
We do not supply a paper receipt with purchase. Your receipt will come via email.
Grab Bags and Blowout sales are not eligible for free shipping!
If a package is sent back it will be at the buyers expense to re-ship.
Lost/Stolen:
The Aztec Cactus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is delivered and is deemed lost by the buyer, a claim needs to be filed with your local post office. If you live in a apartment building please check with your office manager.
Holiday Returns:
All regular priced returns will be extended if purchased between December 10-24th these must be returned by January 10th. No exceptions.
We can not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
